Support for every shift, every mile, every life.
They carry people through the worst day of their life. The Foundation funds what carries them: education, mental health and resilience support, research, safety, recognition, and grants for the dependents of crews lost in the line of duty.

Give monthly
Monthly giving is the steadiest way to support the Foundation’s general fund.
All donations support the general fund serving all six programs. Secure and tax deductible 501(c)(3).
Our mission
One foundation behind the entire medical transport community.
The VITALS Foundation for Medical Transport Professionals exists so the industry can give back to its own people in a coordinated, visible way: air and ground, clinical and maintenance, crews and families.
Burnout, trauma, and suicide are real in this work. So are the costs of training and the gaps in safety data. Giving is how the industry answers.

“Nobody works alone in healthcare or in the care of the trauma patient. Together we can amplify the interventions we provide. Whether it is course work or actual patient care, we experience success because we help one another and get support from those around us.”
